Hi, I'm Oyvind.
I specialize in turning real estate listings into visual stories. Anyone can do slow pans and flyovers. I focus on capturing the emotion of the property by using movement, lighting, and editing to highlight the home’s atmosphere and lifestyle it represents. (Buyers don’t just want to see the house — they want to feel what it’s like to live there.)

“What stood out to me was Oyvind’s storytelling. Most listing videos are flat, but his one had a vibe. The edits, pacing, and soundtrack made it feel like more than just a property video. I’ve already recommended him to 3 agents on my team."
— Tina L Broker / Team Leader

"Hi Oyvind; It looks great. I think you made the house look nicer than it really is. Now I’m glad we spent the money on the fancy shingles. Thanks for sending it. I hope it gets you some business. If I run into anyone in need of aerial video services, I’ll send them your way."Todd

  • Tell me about your project, location, timeline...or anything you're dreaming up. Happy to help.

Working with me, you can expect:
• High-resolution, professionally edited videos
• Optimized formats for Instagram, Facebook, and MLS
• Fast delivery — usually within 48 hours
Let me know your listing date, and I’ll block off time for a golden hour shoot — (that’s when we can really make the lake glow).

My Story:
As a 6 year old, flying was pure magic to me. Any airplane I saw was a rock star in my eyes. I wanted to touch the airplane. I wanted to be inside it.
Ski jumping was the closest I could get to being off the ground for the longest. And it was the closest to flying, without dying in the attempt.
I used to go to every airshow at our local airport. It was bigger than Christmas to me.
I got into remote-controlled airplanes early on. Saved up for my first glider "Baby Eagle" by collecting and recycling empty bottles, from a parking lot on a local military base. I needed ( exactly 120 ) and it took me a whole month. But I was consistent, and goal oriented even back then.
Then came my Private Pilot License in 2006.
Commercial in 2009.
But low funds and survival became the main priority — and I chose to put that dream on the back burner.
Still, I wanted to fly. So I started looking for cheaper alternatives.
In 2012, after a breakup with my girlfriend, I needed a reset. So I signed up for a hang gliding course — and it was one amazing experience in so many ways.
Flying a hang glider must be the closest thing to being Peter Pan.
The excitement. The freedom.
Once you start getting more comfortable flying a glider, you can finally relax enough to feel the magic of soaring like an eagle. All you hear is the calm, constant air passing your ears — a low whistling sound. The sound that tells you your wing has sufficient airflow, where the glide is smoothest. Life is good.
In 2015, I moved to the U.S. — Minnesota. Not ideal for hang gliding. But I still wanted to fly.
In 2020, I bought my first drone.Since then, I’ve been practicing photography and editing.
This is my journey to becoming a full-time, independent drone photographer.
I like having the perspective and freedom of an eye that can see what others don't. People stay anchored to the ground — distracted, hurried, unaware.
But in my world, it’s like unlocking the hidden magic we’re surrounded by every day without even giving it a thought.
As a child, I often had dreams where I could hover above the ground, just above the trees in the night sky — like Peter Pan. The freedom of flying silently through the air was, and still is, magic to me. Sometimes the dreams were so vivid they stuck with me for hours after waking up.
For me, a drone is the key to access those childhood dreams — to capture beautiful images from all kinds of angles from above.
I also love to create mystical, creepy, and whimsical atmospheres. And to do that in reality, I use a drone.
